machtSINN is a shop selling high-quality regional food, combined with a bistro and a cookery school. Central to its concept is the commitment that all the products are sustainably produced and that they and their ingredients come from a maximum of 50 miles away. In the bistro at the heart of machtSINN, chef Bernhard Wolf cooks in an open kitchen; guests eat at a long table. Communication, fun and culinary pleasure are what machtSINN is all about.
In the evenings and on Sundays and Mondays, the venue is available exclusively for culinary events. The open-space design offers plenty of possibilities for celebrations and company events. From kitchen parties to table d'hôte dining, (almost) anything is possible.
Bernhard’s cookery courses and team cooking sessions – where he invites you to slice, chop, look, chat and learn – are particular highlights. The credo of all the culinary events is “Kitchens are where everyone gets together”.
