After investing half a year over the winter period of 2014 into comprehensive renovations, we are happy to present to you 12 newly overhauled holiday apartments and a warm-hearted welcome for guests of three generations. Enjoy your vacation in one of Germany s most beautiful holiday destinations the Tegernsee Valley. Picturesque Lake Tegernsee and its delightful towns are embedded among lush meadows and the Lower Bavarian Alps. Experience the homely atmosphere of our family-run premises and enjoy all modern conveniences. We also warmly welcome families, senior citizens and individuals with special needs. Even pets are welcome. On the ground floor, two wheelchair-accessible, disability-friendly apartments with terrace were created, which are suitable for care-dependent guests. All other apartments are fitted with spacious, mainly step-free showers, allergy-preventive vinyl floors, new kitchenettes and flat-screen TVs and can be reached by elevator. Our coffee & tea bar on the ground floor is always open; tea is complimentary. We source our coffee from the Dinzler roasters. The physiotherapy practice Center Vital in the building s basement offers massages, physiotherapy (all German insurances accepted), cosmetics treatments and foot care (on request) and can also be reached by lift. A new wellness area is being planned. Feel free to enjoy your breakfast on our sun terrace or in your apartment. Our cosy fireplace lounge invites you to relish a glass of wine in the evening. On request, our Andreas Lounge and the sun-bright coffee room are available for dining. Larger families or groups of up to 30 are welcome. New fasting and hiking packages are available this year.
