Freihaus Brenner

The restaurant Freihaus Brenner is located 830m high over Bad Wiessee with a free view over alp grassland, mountains and Lake Tegernsee. Since 1947 the restaurant offers at one of the most beautiful places at Tegernsee moments of joy for your palate and your soul! No matter if "Brotzeit", dinner or celebration: Here it awaits you great delight! At lunch and dinner the restaurant offers an exclusive menu with Bavarian classics and international cuisine. The kitchen not only conjures classics like roast pork, crispy grilled duck or filet from young bulls, also the international specialty days like the lobster and crustaceans weeks in November or the tapas weeks in January are sought after. In the afternoon you can enjoy the view with coffee from the Tegernseer coffee roasting house and home-made cake or with a "Brotzeit". Are you planning to have a special celebration? The restaurant is gladly helping you with your celebration and offers you professional service with qualitative and regional products. In winter the alp hut, in summer a nice, bright winter garden offer space for up to 160 people. For smaller gatherings there is the beautiful Herbert-Beck-Stube with space for up to 55 persons. Smaller celebrations with up to 20 people find their fitting location in the Stüberl.
